Bakery laB , kwn 0h kwn~


ya...kali nie ak nk bercite ttg lab bakery (subjek elektif jew,tp mmg best!). byk benda kami blajar ye..~ilmu2 rumah tangga gitu~hahha:D. buat cake, roti, biskut, bukan main2 campak ye...kena study in scientific manner ye~kena cek water temp dulu ye...sbb dlm bakery lab tue sejuk banget ye..~so suhu yg optimum utk kite nk active kan dry yeast ialah 40-42 degree Celcius yew....(nie di malaysia ye...klu negara lain, suhu lain ye...kena kaji semua tue..~). klu suhu <> dr suhu optimum yeast akan mati yew...so, takut roti kite x jadi cute mcm tuan ye~ok, skng nk ckp ttg flour pulak yew...~ ade byk jenis flour nie...all purpose flour, rye flour, soy flour, rice flour, wheat flour, high protein flour, low-protein flour,self-rising flour, corn flour,potato flour, tapioca flour, etc...ok,mari kite buat linespread test kat tepong2 nie ye utk kaji ttg spreadibility dorang2 nie yep~
ok.cara2 nk wat linespread test nie ialah:
  1. timbang tepung sebanyak 16gram n masuk ke dlm non-stick pot.
  2. then, tuang 236ml water ye...
  3. mixture tue ktorang stir sampai well mixed.
  4. ok.lepas ye jd well-mixed, put on low heat treatment yew~
  5. stir continuously ye...sampai jd starch/translucent.
  6. starch tue korang drop ats paper cam kt bwh nie. sblum tue,korang kena wat bulatan dgn pensil dulu kt paper tue.
  7. ukur diameter droplet tue sebanyak 3 kali yew...iaitu semasa ye panas, 5 minutes after being dropped n after cooled.
-huhu,pic kt bwh nie snap awl sgt...so x nmpak sgt droplet tue t'kluar dr bulatan yg kami wat td-huhu-

objective wat test nie ialah nk tau sifat2 tepung nie sume n certain tepung of course hanya suit utk wat certain food je yew~:)

ok.selain bersama partner yg sgt ceria dan cute, ak jugak mempunyai jiran dlm bakery lab yg sgt jelita dan cute iaitu ana dan paam. ^.^

-nie teman rempit gueh...najwa...mggu depan, nk pi merempit dgn skuter baru beliau..hahha...nantikn pic terbaru ak dgn beliau ye~(◡‿◡✿)

p/s: 1may nanti abah,mak, lean,dikna nk mai amek kt kulim nie..heheh...nk celeb besday ak sekali...sgt best!(⊙_◎)
